Resident Services Coordinator

Joqsán Albaladejo serves as the Resident Service Coordinator for NHT-managed communities in Northwest Washington, DC. He aims to make a difference through various programming efforts related to digital equity, food insecurity, and case management. 

Joqsán has amassed professional working experience in equitable-focused roles at local, state, and national nonprofits. Before joining NHT he was a Student Affairs Coordinator and House Manager at the Southern Scholarship Foundation in Florida. Additionally, at the Human Rights Campaign, he was a member of the Online Strategy Team and Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging Team before serving as the Board Relations Coordinator. In all of his previous roles, Joqsán regularly engaged with high-level executives, diverse communities, and other key stakeholders. 

Joqsán received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Criminology with a minor in Psychology from Florida State University.
