Natalie PattersonLoan Analyst
Natalie Patterson serves as a loan analyst for The Institute for Community Economics (ICE) and the National Housing Trust Community Development Fund (NHTCDF). Prior to joining the National Housing Trust staff in 2017, Natalie worked on the real estate development team at Self-Help Credit Union in Durham, NC and as a Community Revitalization Fellow with the University of North Carolina Development Finance Initiative in Chapel Hill. She received her B.A. in environmental studies and geography from Calvin College in 2014, and her Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Tech in 2017. While at Virginia Tech, Natalie served as the president of the Graduate Urban Affairs and Planning Association, where she worked to increase awareness of planning and social justice issues facing southwest Virginia. Natalie currently serves as a Director – At Large on the National Capitol Region Chapter Board of the American Planning Association (NCAC-APA).
