Selena Duvivier

Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager for the Community Outreach and Impact team, Selena manages the daily operations of the team as well as designs processes and procedures for the administration of programs and services. Selena has been at National Housing Trust since 2019 - when she joined as an AmeriCorps VISTA (Volunteers in Service to America) for the previously named Resident Services team. Once hired full-time in 2021, Selena became responsible for programmatic, financial, and logistical management of short-term and long-term planning, coordinating, and delivery of resident services and other community development programs. Her role has been rooted in supporting the COI team in achieving program goals and objectives through process development, program evaluation, data collection and general business development. Prior to NHT, Selena had over eight years of experience in community services, specifically program management and execution, in addition to stakeholder engagement, partnership development and data analysis. Selena's experience involves both domestic organizations such as the Metro Washington Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association, Washington Office on Latin America (WOLA), Global Connections, and Penn State University, as well as international agencies such as the Ministry of Energy for the Government of Chile.

Selena graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Master’s in International Affairs with a concentration on Human Rights and Latino studies, and a B.A. in International Politics with minors in Spanish and Latin American studies.
