This episode of Voices Out Loud features Constance Beining from Mountainview Tower in Cumberland, Maryland. Connie first came to Cumberland from Pennsylvania for a job. After a divorce she looked for an affordable housing community to raise her two sons in one of Maryland's poorest counties. After raising her two sons, Constance now speaks to how affordable housing lifts a heavy burden from single parents, elderly people and disabled people, and how Mountainview Tower provides that relief for her today.
